Tibetans celebrate as language advocate Tashi Wangchuk finally released - he arrested in November 2015, after the publication of an interview by the New York Times, in which he talked about his working to defend Tibetan language rights. https://freetibet.org/news-media/na/tashi-wangchuk-released?utm_source=Free+Tibet+email+updates&utm_campaign=20eff6023b-tashi-wangchuk-released-28012021&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_8b3b75e260-20eff6023b-50146945&mc_cid=20eff6023b&mc_eid=b8b105f8ad

Liu Xiaoming was very good at "picking quarrels and provoking trouble" which is a requirement of all Chinese ambassadors to Britain. Shame they don't tollorate this China as you'll get 4 years imprisonment. @ukinchina @ChinaEUMission

The CCP has consistently been repressing the Tibetan way of life - forcing whole communities to give up their traditions.

I am pleased that this subject was debated in Parliament.

We need far more international outrage at what the CCP is doing, in too many different regions.
